A new EEG unit for improving attention and focus

I've added the Peak Achievement Trainer (PAT) to my practice. The PAT is an EEG unit that helps a person develop their ability to focus while maintaining optimal alertness. While just about anyone can benefit from this training, those with attention difficulties are most likely to improve their lives after a series of sessions. In order to pay attention, the prefrontal cortex must turn off the idling rhythm. The PAT teaches the brain to suppress this idling rhythm at will. When this happens attention problems clear up. Training is fast as clients usually start developing control within the first five minutes, but 5-20 sessions are recommended for results to last and full benefits to be achieved.
