New advances in neurotechnology

I recently attended the ISNR conference in San Diego and was impressed by the tremendous advances in the integration of technology and the neurosciences. I returned with 4 new pieces of equipment for my practice, all of which I received (and will continue to receive) training in. These include the Symmetron Neurowave Motion Chair, the emWavePC (heart rate variability biofeedback unit), the DAVID ALERT audiovisual entrainment unit for ADD/ADHD, and the Bioacoustical Utilization Unit (BAUD). These units can help clients with symptoms of sensory motor integration problems, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, chronic pain, attention problems, hyperactivity, excessive anger, sleep disorders, addictive disorders, and stress related disorders. This type of stress reduction can often be beneficial for people with high blood pressure, diabetes, arrhythmias, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, and chronic fatigue.
